Free Resources

Welcome to my library of free herbal resources, gathered from around the web and right here on this site. Whether you are just starting to learn about medicinal herbs or you are deep into your own research, everything on this page is free to read, listen to, or download. No paywalls, no gimmicks, just hours of quality learning from the comfort of your home.

I update this page as I find new resources worth sharing. If a link ever goes dead, I apologize in advance: online files can change or disappear at any time, which is exactly why I always recommend physical books when you can get them.

Hosted by evolutionary biologists Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying, both PhDs. They seek truth across a wide range of topics using their evolutionary toolkit as society loses its footing. Infamous spreaders of "COVID disinformation," and two of the few warm beacons of reason during that dark time. In our house we call them our other mom and dad.

Free Herbal Medicine E-Books

Free e-books are a great way to start learning the medicinal properties of herbs. Physical books are always my preference, since online files can change or be removed at any time (if that ever happens to a link below, I apologize). Your local library is another underrated free resource for herbal books.

COVID-19 Resources

I think it is safe to say at this point that the mRNA vaccines did not work as promised, and they were not as "safe" as they were made out to be, with many reporting cardiac events, cancers, and autoimmune disease shortly after injection, and all-cause mortality rates at an all-time high. Personally, I would not take advice from any healthcare provider who still recommends them.

So what can you do to strengthen your terrain against COVID infection, or support your body's recovery from long COVID or mRNA vaccine injury? While I cannot give medical advice, I can point you to these free online resources so you can get informed and work with your healthcare provider.

Independent Medical Alliance (formerly FLCCC)

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Paul Marik and Dr. Pierre Kory to create effective COVID-19 treatment protocols. Their I-RECOVER protocols address long COVID and vaccine adverse reactions, and their critical care protocols like MATH+ focus on severe cases. Guidance is continually updated based on clinical experience and new research.

Podcasts & Channels for COVID-19 News

Some of my favorite online sources for COVID-19 news and updates. Not all of these creators are scientists themselves, but they feature prominent scientists, doctors, and MDs who have been right about COVID and the mRNA vaccines from the beginning. Many were deplatformed and censored during the pandemic for refusing to follow the pharma-sponsored narrative.

  • Dr. John Campbell: A retired nurse teacher and former clinical nurse based in England, sharing accessible health education on YouTube and teaching in Asia and Africa when time permits.
  • Dr. Robert W. Malone: Inventor and patent holder of the mRNA technology used in the COVID-19 vaccines, now appointed to the ACIP board that decides US vaccine policy. MD, Northwestern University; B.S., UC Davis.
  • A Midwestern Doctor: An anonymous, independent doctor whose free Substack, The Forgotten Side of Medicine, exposes pharmaceutical corruption and remarkable therapies lost to time.
  • DarkHorse Podcast: Evolutionary biologists Dr. Bret Weinstein and Dr. Heather Heying. We started listening in 2021 while living in Portland, OR, and they were one of the few warm beacons of reason during that dark time.
  • Dr. Pierre Kory: A pulmonary and critical care doctor writing about the dysfunction in the American medical system and captured health agencies' war on generic drugs. His analysis of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine trial data shows how poorly those trials were designed and executed.
  • The Jimmy Dore Show: Independent journalist and stand-up comic covering politics, current events, and world health. Jimmy became vaccine injured in 2021 from the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine and has been sharing the truth ever since.
  • Redacted News: An independent news organization run by two former mainstream anchors, sharing real-world analysis without an agenda driven by corporate overlords. They covered the truth about COVID-19 and the mRNA vaccines from early on.
