Managing your website yourself is a great way to save on costs, and can really speed up turnaround time on getting new content published compared to using a hired website manager. These days, many website builder platforms can be really accessible, even to people with little experience in this area. I’ve trained several past clients on how to do basic edits, blog posts and simple fixes, and can do the same for you.

The cost of the website will depend on the complexity, number of pages needed, how much text/images/product information I’ll need to add, whether I’m creating things from scratch or just copying over from an existing website, etc. There are a lot of variables that impact the amount of time it takes to create a website, which will affect cost.
After we outline all of your needs for your site, design preferences and any third-party integrations we’ll need to set up, I provide a quote and estimated timeline for completion.

Aside from website design projects, most other services I offer are billed by the hour. Unless we’ve worked out other payment arrangements, invoices are sent out monthly for the previous month’s work, and payment is due within 15 days of receipt. -
It may not be within your budget to do a full redesign, or maybe you like how your website is right now and just need help with small things. I have offered this service to several past clients and am familiar with most of the web builder platforms. Please reach out and let me know what you’re needing for a personalized quote.

Please note that the price for designing your website is not inclusive of domain hosting fees, subscriptions to third-party apps, appointment schedulers, payment platforms, website builder fees, and any other recurring costs from applications/third-parties for keeping your website up.

I am very flexible in terms of payment methods. Right now for hourly work I send out an invoice which can be paid through my website using most credit cards or paypal. I also accept venmo, or mailed check, but please discuss this with me before your payment is due so we can work something out.

For website design services I offer payment plans, however for me to be able to begin working on your website I do require the deposit be paid in full. This is outlined in detail in the contractually-binding project proposal we both agree to before starting.
For hourly-billed services I am not offering any payment plans at this time. If you are constrained by a certain budget, please let me know before we start.

The amount of time your site takes to make will depend on how complex it is. Most of the sites I’ve created have been able to launch within 2-4 months.

I am not doing any in-person meetings right now for any of my clients, though I am happy to meet virtually via Google Meet.
