When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS mail. If any delays occur (e.g. backordered or made-to-order products) you will receive an email letting you know when to expect your order.
What are the shipping options?
Right now we are almost exclusively shipping via USPS ground advantage and UPS ground saver to save on costs. Please reach out to us if you need an alternate shipping method for your location.
For certain items like apparel, we use various fulfillment partners who print on-demand and ship directly to your address. Please refer to the product shipping options during checkout for shipping timeframe estimates.
Can I return my order?
Textiles: Yes, returns can be made within 30 days of your order’s arrival at your shipping address. Please reach out to request your return within that 30-day period. Please contact us to request a return authorization.
Personal care, tea blends, food items: No, for health reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for this type of item.
Are your products nut/gluten/allergen free?
When making products, we clean everything as to the best of our ability to avoid contact with gluten. Items are prepared in a facility that does handle gluten, nuts, and other allergens. Please contact us if you have specific questions about potential allergens.
Can I cancel my order?
If you reach out to us before your order ships, we can usually cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, please mark it as “return to sender” and give it back to USPS. Make sure to email us when you do this so we can ensure your refund is sent promptly.
Orders for apparel through our shipping partners are not able to be cancelled after an order has been placed. Please contact us for assistance.

Do you give out medical advice?
No. I am not a doctor, and therefore am not able to legally give out any medical advice. Anything written on this website, whether by myself or others, is for educational purposes only, and is not medical advice.
What is your education?
Education is so important, however in my view it doesn’t necessarily have to come from some prestigious/costly institution to be valuable. I have learned more from reading books and hands-on activities outside of the classroom than I ever did from any official school. You can read more about my education and certifications from my About page.
Are you a doctor?
No, Ivy is not a doctor. Did you know that medical error by doctors is one of the leading causes of death in the US? Ivy is a health educator, researcher and informed consent advocate who shares educational content for those interested in a more holistic and evidence-based option.
Do you meet with clients in person?
At this time, I am only doing virtual appointments as this allows me to help the most amount of people possible.
How much does a website design cost?
The cost of designing or helping with your website will depend on a lot of factors including - complexity, how many pages, third-party integrations, languages, style requests and other choices outlined in our mutually-agreed upon project proposal. To get a quote for your project, please reach out.

I need help running my social media accounts. Do you help with that?
As of right now I am not taking on any social media management projects.
Do you have a list of references or a portfolio of websites you have designed or manage?
Yes, please check out my portfolio here to see some of my past projects. All of the sites in my portfolio were designed from the bottom up by me, and most of them I still manage for those clients.
Do you offer financing for website projects?
Yes, I do allow payments and financing to be made for projects, however all projects will require a paid deposit for me to begin working. If you have constraints with your payment structure, please let me know that upfront as it needs to be included in our contract.
I’m located in a different state. Are you able to help me with my website?
Absolutely! I generally meet with clients virtually, regardless of where they’re located, though I also meet in-person if that’s their preference.
I already have a website, just need help managing it. Do you help with that?
If you already have a website, but just need assistance with maintaining it, I can totally help with that. This type of service is billed hourly. Please contact me with details about your needs and I will give you a quote.
Which website builders do you use?
This is totally up to my clients, I’m flexible and can work with pretty much any builder on the market today. I have a lot of experience with wordpress, shopify and squarespace builders, but also have worked with others.
