Orders & Shipping
All orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS or UPS. If any delays occur — such as backordered or made-to-order items — you will receive an email with an updated estimated ship date.
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. If you require an alternate method for your location, please contact us.
Apparel items are fulfilled by print-on-demand partners who ship directly to you. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
If you reach out before your order ships, we can usually cancel it. If already shipped, mark the package "Return to Sender" and return it to USPS — then email us so we can process your refund promptly.
Apparel orders through our fulfillment partners cannot be cancelled once placed. Please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Cancellations
Textiles & apparel: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out within that window to request a return authorization.
Personal care, tea blends, and food items: For health and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable.
Contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and send further instructions. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Products & Allergens
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned to minimize cross-contact. However, products are prepared in a facility that handles gluten, nuts, and other allergens. If you have a specific sensitivity, please contact us before ordering.
