This is the third Governor's Summit on Local Food and Agriculture in 30 years, and the first in a decade. Grow Montana Food Policy Coalition hosts it in partnership with the Montana Department of Agriculture and the Governor's Office.

The goal is a strategic roadmap for the 33x33 initiative: moving Montana-grown food from about 3 percent of what Montanans eat to 33 percent by 2033. Two days of keynotes, panels, and regional work sessions cover distribution, marketing, production, and retail of Montana food, with Montana-grown meals served throughout.

Farmers, ranchers, food businesses, buyers, and anyone who wants more local food on local plates is welcome. Post-summit virtual meetings continue the work through the following year.
