The Weston A. Price Foundation's annual gathering brings together around 1,000 attendees, 45 speakers, and 70 exhibitors for three days on nutrient-dense food, traditional foodways, regenerative farming, and the healing arts. Meals are prepared from farm-sourced ingredients, which is half the reason people go.

The 2026 lineup includes Sally Fallon Morell's two-part Nourishing Traditions seminar, Natasha Campbell-McBride on regenerative farming the GAPS way, Chris Knobbe on seed oils, Dr. Bill Schindler, Catherine Austin Fitts, Thomas Massie on food sovereignty and the PRIME Act, and Joel Salatin closing the weekend. Sessions run in parallel tracks, so there are several talk options in every time slot.

A note from Ivy: This is the one I most wanted to attend in person this year. 2026 has been the year of butter around here, and a weekend of raw butter, bone broth, and Sally Fallon Morell felt like the right way to mark it. I could not make it happen this time, so I will be watching the live streams and picking up the recordings instead. If you go, tell me everything.
