How Digital Orders Work
Items marked instant download arrive as an email with the file attached or a link to download it, and that email goes out as soon as your order is complete. Courses work differently, since they live on this website. After purchase you log into your account here to open the course, and your access stays open for as long as this website exists, with no expiration date.
Courses are updated when I have more to add or when new information changes something I taught, and those updates are included in your original purchase. The articles on this site are free and cover a lot of the same ground at a lighter depth, so read there first if you are deciding whether a course is for you.

Self-paced courses written and taught by a certified clinical herbalist. Each one is a single purchase with ongoing access through your account on this site.
Ebooks and Guides
PDF handbooks and guides you download, keep, and print if you like. Recipes and instructions are written with exact measurements so you can follow them without guessing.
Gift Cards
E-gift cards are delivered by email, never expire, and work on any product in the shop, physical or digital.
Instant Delivery
Downloads and gift cards arrive by email the moment your order completes. Check your spam folder if nothing shows up within a few minutes.
Updated Over Time
Courses are revised as I learn more or as the research behind a topic moves. Anyone who already owns the course sees the update at no extra cost.

Anything you make from a recipe, guide, or course is yours to use or sell. The guide, ebook, or course file itself may not be resold or shared.
Digital Product Questions
Will anything ship to me?
No. Every item in this category is delivered by email or through your account on this site. If you want a paper copy of a guide or ebook, download the file and print it.
How do I access a course after buying it?
Log into your account on this website and open the course from there. If you have trouble logging in or the course does not appear, contact me and I will get you in.
How long will I have access to a course?
For as long as this website exists, with no expiration date. Updates to the course are included in your original purchase.
Can I share a course with a friend?
Each course purchase is for one person. Building a course takes a large amount of work on my end, and I keep the pricing as accessible as I can in return. The courses are also self-paced, and when two people share one login neither of them can keep track of where they are in the material.
Can I sell products I make using your guides or courses?
Yes. Anything you make from my recipes, instructions, or course material is yours to use or sell. What you may not do is sell or distribute the guide, ebook, or course itself.
Can I get a refund on a digital item?
All sales on digital products are final. If a download fails, a link does not work, or a course will not open, contact me and I will correct it so you can reach what you paid for.
Will you be adding more courses?
Yes. Several are in progress now, with releases planned for later in 2026 or early 2027. The newsletter signup at the bottom of this page is where those announcements go out first.
Is there free content?
The articles and free resources on this site are open to everyone and cover many of the same topics as the paid material.
How do gift cards work?
E-gift cards are sent by email to whoever you choose, never expire, and can be spent on any product in the shop.
