Herbalists Elaine Sheff and John Goicovich teach this seven-week program on building a home apothecary. Students make medicine together in most classes, covering teas, decoctions, cold infusions, tinctures by maceration and percolation, oils, salves, poultices, liniments, glycerites, elixirs, vinegars, honeys, oxymels, and fire cider.
Every student receives a PDF workbook with recipes and lifetime access to the class videos. No supplies are required, though making one recipe from each class is encouraged. This program does not include a certificate.
